The Rolfing® Ten Series is a structured program of ten sessions designed to realign the body’s structure from the ground up. Each session has a specific theme, gradually progressing from sleeve layers to core structures, and finally toward full integration.

■ Post 10 – Rolfing® Five Series
Recommended for: Those who have completed the Ten Series and seek further integration and transformation
Purpose: To address individual movement and structural patterns more deeply and support greater body-mind integration
Expected Benefits: Release of postural and movement habits, enhanced body awareness, and deeper internal stability and transformation
Fees: Single session: ¥15,000 (tax included), 5-session series: ¥66,000 (tax included, paid in full)

The Advanced Five Series builds upon the foundation of the Ten Series.

■ Rolf Movement 3/5 Session Series
Recommended for: Those seeking to refine body usage, practitioners of yoga, dance, or martial arts, and people with chronic tension or movement habits
Purpose: To cultivate a deeper connection between perception and movement, and to learn more efficient and natural body use
Expected Benefits: Increased ease and fluidity in movement, improved balance, release of unconscious tension patterns, heightened body awareness
Fees: Single session: ¥15,000 (tax included), 5-session series: ¥66,000 (tax included, paid in full), 3-session series: ¥40,000 (tax included, paid in full)

This 3- or 5-session Rolf Movement Series is a progressive program focused on movement education and sensory refinement.

■ Yoga Group Class
Recommended for: Those who are focused on healthy aging, those who want to deepen their breathing, and those who wish to improve posture through regular movement
Purpose: To increase joint mobility and open the hips in order to improve posture in everyday movements such as standing, walking, and sitting
Expected Benefits: Improved flexibility and core strength, enhanced internal organ activity and blood circulation, stress relief, and relaxation
Fee: ¥13,000/month (tax included)

Yoga is not only about correcting posture—it is a holistic practice that enhances both body and mind.
It can lead to greater emotional stability, sharper focus, more fluid and balanced movement, release of unconscious tension patterns, and awakened body awareness.
This class shares common ground with Rolfing® and Rolf Movement work in its emphasis on re-educating the body and sensory system. It is ideal for those who have experienced Rolfing or are interested in exploring it further.
Held in a small group of 4 to 6 participants, the class meets once a week for a total of four classes per month. The goal is to help each participant develop sustainable self-care through movement. Click here for more information.
