Dropping in on the way home from recording work, I have kept coming for half a year.
Studio ZERO, in Shibuya. Today marked my tenth session, and Hidefumi Otsuka, who gave me the Rolfing sessions, gave me preserved flowers to mark my graduation.

Rolfing is the bodywork that Fritz Perls — the gifted therapist who became a model for NLP and who spread Gestalt therapy — felt the greatest effect from, and so passed on.
As the axis of the body comes into order and bodily sensation changes, thinking moves to an internal standard, raising the power to draw things toward you. It is hands-on work and coaching together. Rolfing itself is not widely known, but among people who practice NLP and coaching seriously it is said to be the finest approach for rewriting the mind.
Working to put more people in the world who can run their own lives happily, Hidefumi is also a practitioner of yoga, a magician who joins mind, spirit, and body.
With experience abroad, study at the highest level, marketing at a manufacturer, and a great deal of business experience besides, he offered me outstanding coaching skill and the Rolfing he had acquired through repeated study in Germany.
On top of that, he gave me more than fifty hours of coaching, helping me prepare in body and mind for a new stage.
And that Rolfing comes to an end today.
The habits in how I thought and spoke that were written on my chart at the first session, the stiffness in my body, my breathing, my walking balance — all of it changed, and mind, body, and spirit came together, so that I could move into days of living out my mission.
Hidefumi, thank you, truly!
