Things that changed after completing the ten sessions.

  • Even standing for long periods, I became less prone to tiring (perhaps the wasteful tension is gone).
  • I became able to feel the resonance of my voice within my body more easily.
  • I became able to do the backbend poses in yoga more pleasantly.
  • The sensation of the soles of my feet grasping the earth became more refined.

and so on.

Up until around the third session, I could not feel much change, but gradually, little by little, I came to understand the sensation of the body’s balance becoming organized.

By the body becoming organized, perhaps thought is organized — now, what I need has become clear.

I feel that being able to move so that my life changed completely from spring is partly the influence of Rolfing, too!

I feel that body and mindt are connected!
