1. Before receiving Rolfing®, what problems were you experiencing? (e.g., shoulder stiffness, lower back pain)
I had persistent lower back pain that had been bothering me for a long time, along with chronic stiffness in my shoulders and neck that had become so familiar I hardly noticed it anymore.
Even when I tried to stand up straight, I always felt as though something in my body was slightly out of alignment.
I also couldn’t sit on the floor with both legs stretched out in front of me because my left knee wouldn’t fully straighten.
2. After completing the 10-Series, what improvements or changes did you notice?
All of the problems mentioned above were resolved.
Most of all, I can now stand upright comfortably and effortlessly.
The unnecessary tension in my body has melted away, leaving me feeling relaxed in the best possible way.

I would recommend Rolfing® to people who are willing to take an active role in improving their own bodies, rather than relying solely on treatment.
