On Tuesday, January 7, 2020, Masahiro Kato, an acupuncturist, came for a Rolf Movement session.
Afterwards he sent me his impressions of the session, which I am sharing here.
Thank you for taking the time to write, in the middle of a busy period.
Rolf Movement sessions are available at any time. Please get in touch if you are interested.
“I went to Ebisu for a Rolf Movement session. It was my first time with Movement, and it was a session I found very interesting. Without knowing it, we build habits in the course of daily life.
There is nothing good or bad about that in itself, but by building a one-sided posture or pattern and making it habitual, we produce pain and poor conditions for the body.
What is interesting is that the body changes a great deal simply by turning attention toward movement, without any direct contact. Seeing once is better than hearing a hundred times.
I was able to feel how deep the possibilities of Rolfing go. And Hidefumi Otsuka, who gave me the session today, has done the training in Germany that I hope to do myself, and he shared valuable first-hand experience and information from there. I am grateful.
If you are around Ebisu or Daikanyama and are having trouble with your body or your movement, I would strongly recommend going for a session with Hidefumi.”
